Overview
Drumming Monkey is one of the original models from Lego WeDo 1.0. In this workshop the kids learn how to program APP before building the ‘Marvelous Musical Mechanical Monkey’.
The drumming arms work by using cams to turn rotation into an up and down (linear) movement. The cams can be adjusted to make different beats and rhythms. The children are encouraged to add their own sounds as well as upgrade using Lego pieces.
